Bathroom fittings are broken . No mirrors in room or bathroom . No Security in room. No hot water . TV not working . No wifi. Very narrow road to access to the hotel . Break first terrible . Only 2 bred slices and egg. Services are terrible . Unsatisfied and unsafe .

Firstly, the owner wanted me to pay 4000 RS for staying a few hours. I got to pay 2600 and even though, I consider it a theft. The room was very dirty, with a big smell of wet and ticks under the pillows. I had to sleep over the blanchet because It was really disgusting to see these insects on the bed

I agree with fellow travelers that the hotel looks good in pictures only. The room we got was from a horror movie. It was dirty in the sense that was never cleaned for a month. The toilet was sick and there were cockroaches all over. When we told him booking from make my trip he seemed to have chosen the worst room for us. The owner seems to be only bothered of the paintings in the hall.

This hotel is absolutely nothing like the self-indulgent claims on its website. What we read and booked is so far removed from reality the website's author and photographer deserve an award for the greatest work of fiction...ever! On arrival a lackey wearing a hoodie and jeans was called for and took us and our luggage to the room. I did comment in reception that I did not have a good vibe! I asked the guy on reception where the restaurant was as we hadn't eaten since breakfast as it was now 8pm and he stated that they "do not have a restaurant. " Instead he told us we could order room service from the menu in the room. We were rushed into the room and he brought in a large fleecy blanket in a bag and spread it over the bed, switched on the television (a distraction tactic) then left. What we felt next was written on each other's faces as we stared at each other then felt cold, both emotionally and physically. "Oh my God, this is not what we booked." EVERYTHING was filthy, smelly, broken or missing. The bed had no mattress protector and the sheet was dirty so we slept on top of the duvet with the blanket over us. Having turned the television off, it started to buzz at the socket during the night until it went bang! The light switches socket looked dangerous and was grubby beyond belief. Two fridges, no mini bar. One fridge with three feet and one that looked like it had been dumped. No tea and coffee making facilities. We had to ask for water, which we had to pay for and a request for toilet paper brought us two rolls wrapped in dirty cellophane. The shower was so corroded that it sprayed in all directions and dripped all night which kept the bathroom floor wet. The toilet was stained and the mirror had two chunks missing and the broken peddle bin had no bottom to it. Needless to say we decided not to order anything to eat from the menu that was clearly a local restaurant's menu with a piece of paper stuck over the front to disguise its name with 'dial 9 for room service' written on it. There's more I could comment on more but will leave you to make up your own mind from the attached images. But please be warned, book this hotel at your own risk as it should have a health warning. Not the wonderful night to round off a sixteen day tour of India we were hoping for. Just pleased that we were out of there at 7.30am the next morning.

We wanted a good stopover hotel after a long international flight from UK to Delhi. We had used this hotel before as it is close to the airport and was good quality for the price. However, this time we were disappointed. The room was dirty, the bedding looked unclean and the bathroom was dingy and full of hair. My wife, a microbiologist, was not impressed and scratched and fidgited all night. We will not be using this hotel again.
